This tool covers scheduling, compliance, pay and invoicing for a domiciliary care service. Start by adding carers (with their pay rates, DBS, training and availability) and clients (with their visits, charge rates, care plan and risk assessment). Then open the Weekly Rota tab and click Auto-Assign. The Run Sheets tab produces a printable / WhatsApp-shareable schedule per carer per day.
